Russell Hamlin has been in public accounting since 1964 working in the areas of income and estate tax planning. Russell's experience includes 15 years with two international CPA firms in their Baltimore, Maryland and Orlando, Florida offices, and for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. Born in Tampa, Florida, Russ was raised in the Washington, D.C. area and became of resident of Central Florida in 1973. He graduated from Wake Forest College in 1961 and served in the U.S. Army until 1964. Russell is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and is the former Treasurer of Give Kids the World, and a member of the advisory board of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, two non-profit organizations.

Teri graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has fifteen years of public accounting experience concentrated in the area of individual and corporate taxation.

Teri has devoted most of her career to servicing small to middle market clients in a variety of specialized industries real estate, schools, professional services, retail, manufacturing and high technology. In addition to her tax background, she has audit experience in a range of industries.

Teri’s involvement with community and professional activities include; Finance Chairman for the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida, Board Member of Downtown Orlando Partnership and Finance Committee Member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.

Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Frank graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Frank began his career in public accounting in 1978 with Arthur Young, a former Big Eight international accounting firm, which is now known as E&Y (Ernst & Young), one of the remaining Big Four firms. Frank provides his clients with a wide array of tax planning and compliance services related to federal and state taxation with a particular emphasis in structuring business entities, navigating the complex rules associated with passive activities, and with utilizing tax-free exchanges to defer recognizing taxable gains.

In addition to his role as a trusted advisor and tax consultant to his clients at his CPA firm, Frank also has served as Chief Financial Officer for two large developers in Central Florida.

Frank also sits (and has sat) on the board of directors of various non-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
